5. Payment Terms

  • They are trained to follow safety and customer satisfaction standards.
  • They are independent contractors and not direct employees of Acool.in.

While we strive to ensure quality service, Acool.in is not liable for delays, misconduct, or damages caused by service partners unless due to our negligence.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
  • Cancellations within 2 hours may attract a cancellation fee or no refund of the visiting charge.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • Service quality is our priority. Some services may come with a limited post-service warranty (varies by category).
  • Acool.in is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues unrelated to the job.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Harass or abuse service providers or customer support staff
  • Post false reviews or misleading information

Violation may lead to account termination or legal action.
